After years of deep cultivation in the tire changer manufacturing sector, I have always firmly believed that the core competitiveness of automotive service equipment lies in the invisible structural details.
Most buyers tend to overlook the material and craftsmanship of the machine column, yet we clearly recognize that structural stability is the fundamental premise of all stable equipment operation. We have completely abandoned the ordinary square tube columns commonly used in the industry and adopted tower-type columns fabricated by bending and splicing 5mm thick steel plates. This innovative structure is equivalent to integrating double reinforcing ribs inside the column, fundamentally eliminating torsion and deformation risks. Compared with conventional square tube columns, the overall structural strength is improved by more than 50%.
For the critical push-pull arm component that bears frequent friction and pressure loads, we prioritize quality over cost. All our units are equipped with 8mm thickened rectangular tubes, and the four-way guide rod is thickened to 55mm, further boosting structural strength by 20%. The matching design of the push-pull arm and double sleeve limiting structure firmly locks the disassembly and assembly head in place.
We have conducted repeated extreme tests with 22-inch stiff tires. The test results verify that the deformation of the mounting head is controlled within 2 millimeters during high-load operation, achieving zero displacement, zero tire cutting and zero hub damage.
