Latest company news about 20 Years of Wheel Aligner Manufacturing Heritage: AI Triple-Camera Aligner Guards Zero-Tolerance Measurement via Five Ma
Founded in 2005, Roadbaker started with wheel aligners and has developed into a complete industrial park after two decades. Our latest R600 AI 3D wheel aligner relies on standardized five-station whole-machine inspection to guarantee ultra-precise chassis data measurement.
The five mandatory inspection procedures before delivery include fixture concentricity inspection, computer and software debugging, display screen test, camera assembly calibration and software precision verification. All items must pass the test before the equipment qualification label can be pasted, and calibration data will be backed up for later maintenance.
The core camera assembly is the core of measurement accuracy. Each lens undergoes professional calibration, and the target plate angle error is controlled within 0.01 degrees. The machine is equipped with movable cameras, compatible with miniature vehicles with wheelbase less than 1m and wide-body refitted off-road vehicles with wheelbase over 2m, covering fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles with more than 60,000 vehicle model databases supporting online one-click upgrade.
The automatic tracking lifting column adopts 48V DC motor and ball screw transmission, matched with 1:1 metal counterweight to reduce motor load and extend service life close to 10 years. The beam can rise 2 meters within 30 seconds with stable and mute operation under full load.
Many drifting alignment data stem from unqualified factory inspection. Roadbaker never compromises on precision standards, taking vehicle driving safety as the core starting point to avoid tire eccentric wear and vehicle deviation.
