  Founded in 2005, Roadbuck started its business with wheel aligner production. The flagship R600 AI three-camera 3D wheel aligner can automatically identify vehicle chassis faults and analyze chassis data, finishing precise calibration within 3 minutes with measurement error close to 0.01°.

  The equipment stores more than 60,000 vehicle model data, covering domestic & imported fuel vehicles and all new energy models, supporting one-click online database upgrade. Custom movable camera assemblies adapt to mini cars with wheel track below 1m and wide-body modified off-road vehicles with wheel track over 2m.

  The automatic tracking lifting column adopts 48V DC motor and ball screw transmission, equipped with a 1:1 metal counterweight to reduce motor load and extend service life up to 10 years. The beam can rise 2 meters within 30 seconds with stable and mute lifting movement.

  Every R600 passes five mandatory inspection procedures before leaving the factory: fixture concentricity inspection, software debugging, display screen test, camera calibration and whole-machine precision recheck. All original calibration data are backed up to solve data drift during later equipment maintenance, fundamentally eliminating tire partial wear and vehicle pulling deviation.
